Re: Termination of Employment Contract with Mr. Tran Manh Truong
Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) hereby informs its valued customers, business partners and all relevant parties of the following:
With effect from 20 April 2026, Mr. Tran Manh Truong, formerly a member of the Company’s Sales Department, has ceased to be employed by HAPUMA.
Accordingly, from the above date, Mr. Tran Manh Truong is no longer an employee of, or authorised to act on behalf of, HAPUMA. Any transactions, commitments, representations or statements made by Mr. Tran Manh Truong in the name of or on behalf of HAPUMA after this date shall not be recognised as binding upon the Company unless expressly authorised in writing by HAPUMA.
