On the morning of July 23, 2022, at the 3rd-floor Hall of the Company’s Administration Building, the 25th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) for the 2022–2027 term was solemnly convened, with the participation of all HAPUMA youth union members.
Attending and extending congratulations to the Congress were representatives of the Nguyen Trai Ward Youth Union Executive Committee (Hai Duong City) – HAPUMA’s partner unit, along with representatives of the Party Committee and the Company’s Leadership.
In his remarks at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nam – Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Company – acknowledged and highly appreciated the significant role of the Youth Union in the Company’s production and business activities. He affirmed that the Party Committee and HAPUMA’s Leadership always pay close attention to and create favorable conditions for the young generation to demonstrate their capabilities, creativity and professionalism at work.
During the Congress, the Company’s leaders also frankly identified the limitations in youth activities in the past term and called on HAPUMA’s young members to continue promoting solidarity, creativity and initiative in learning and improving professional qualifications; to foster an industrial working style; to dare to think and act; and to strive to become the pioneering force across all areas of production, contributing to the fulfillment of the Company’s development goals.
The Congress also encouraged union members and young employees to actively study and follow the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh, with the emulation movement “Good People – Good Deeds” at its core—spreading the spirit of responsibility and enthusiasm among HAPUMA’s young workforce.
With the spirit of democracy, solidarity, innovation and intellect, the Congress elected seven members to the Executive Committee of the Company’s Youth Union for the 25th term (2022–2027). Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc was re-elected as Secretary of the Executive Committee.
