Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (“HAPUMA”) hereby discloses the Board of Directors’ Resolution No. 24/2025 dated 04 December 2025 regarding:
(i) the implementation of the share issuance plan under the Employee Stock Ownership Program 2025 (“ESOP 2025”);
(ii) the plan to ensure compliance with regulations on foreign ownership limits;
(iii) the ESOP 2025 Share Issuance Regulation; and
(iv) the list of employees eligible to purchase shares under ESOP 2025.
