Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) hereby announces the Report on the Utilization of proceeds from the 2025 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP 2025) share issuance.

This is the first and final report on the utilization of proceeds from this share issuance.

III. UTILIZATION OF PROCEEDS FROM THE OFFERING / ISSUANCE

1. Use of proceeds

The total proceeds raised from the 2025 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP 2025) share issuance were used to supplement the Company’s working capital for its production and business operations.

    As of June 8, 2026, the entire proceeds had been utilized in a single disbursement, comprising:

    • Interest earned on deposits of the proceeds: VND 2,005,379
    • Total: VND 2,802,405,379
