In line with the Company’s grassroots democracy regulations, on June 5, 2024, Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) held the 2024 Conference of Employee Representatives at the main hall on the 3rd floor of the Company’s Office Building.
The conference gathered 60 delegates, including both ex officio members and those elected from employee meetings across all departments of the Company.
During the event, delegates elected nine members to the Employee Dialogue Committee for the 2024–2026 term.
On the employer’s side, the dialogue team comprised the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Director and the Deputy General Director in charge of production.
