On the morning of 12 October 2026, HAPUMA began its annual employee health check programme for 2026, with the first stage – sample collection for laboratory tests, taking place at the Company’s head office.
Employees arrived on time according to the assigned schedule to complete the necessary procedures and provide samples for testing. Thanks to careful preparation and well-organised arrangements, the process ran smoothly and efficiently without disrupting the Company’s production and business activities.
After providing their samples, employees were offered breakfast prepared by the Company’s Trade Union to help them prepare for their working day.
The programme comprises two stages. In the first stage, employees provide samples for laboratory testing at the Company. Once the results are available, the second stage will involve medical examinations at a hospital, where doctors will assess each employee’s health, provide their findings and offer individual health advice.
Annual health checks are a regular part of HAPUMA’s activities. They help the Company comply with labour law requirements while demonstrating its commitment to employee health and well-being. Regular examinations also help identify potential health issues at an early stage, enabling timely treatment and preventive care. By maintaining this annual programme, HAPUMA continues to put its employee welfare policy into practice.
