Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) hereby announces the following extraordinary information:
On 1 October 2026, Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company received a scanned copy of Decision No. 6849/QĐ-KPHQ dated 25 September 2026 issued by the Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Authority regarding the imposition of administrative penalties for tax violations on Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company’s Ho Chi Minh City Branch (the “HCMC Branch”), following a tax compliance inspection conducted by the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Inspection Team at the HCMC Branch for the period from 2016 to the end of August 2026.
As of the date of this disclosure, the Company has not yet officially received the original hard copy of the above-mentioned Decision from the tax authority. However, in order to ensure the timely access of shareholders to relevant information, the Company hereby makes this disclosure based on the scanned copy received.
