Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) hereby announces the following extraordinary information:
On 29 September 2026, Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company received Decision No. 4233/QĐ-XPHC dated 29 September 2026, issued by the Head of the Hai Phong City Tax Authority, on the imposition of an administrative penalty on the Company following an inspection by the Hai Phong City Tax Authority into the Company’s compliance with tax laws for the six-year period from 2020 to 2025.
