BOD Resolution No. 16/2026 dated September 7, 2026 on Salary Regulations for indirect employees

Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) hereby announces Board of Directors’ Resolution No. 16/2026 dated 7 September 2026 on the approval in principle of amendments to the Company’s Regulations on salary calculation for Iidirect employees.

The amended Regulations shall apply from the September 2026 payroll period.
