HAPUMA marks its 66th Anniversary – Công ty cổ phần Chế tạo Bơm Hải Dương (HAPUMA)

On 1 August 2026, Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) celebrated its 66th Anniversary at Au Co Event Centre in Hai Phong City under the theme “Built to Last”. The event brought together employees from across the Company to celebrate a shared journey built on commitment, resilience and pride.

One Journey – One Pride

66 years is a remarkable milestone. It reflects a journey shaped by changing times, challenges overcome and continuous progress, while standing as a testament to the strong foundation built by generations of HAPUMA people.

This year’s message, “Built to Last – Built by People”, captures the spirit that has guided HAPUMA throughout its history: an enduring company is built not only on technology, products or achievements, but above all on the people who have shaped its past and those who continue to build its future.

66 Years in Every Frame

The celebration opened with a commemorative film showcasing HAPUMA’s 66-year journey. From its early days through each important milestone of growth and transformation, the film reflected on how the Company has evolved into the business it is today.

Beyond looking back, the film also turned its attention to the people behind HAPUMA’s success – those whose dedication, craftsmanship and perseverance continue to drive the Company’s development every day. It was a tribute to the people who have given real meaning to HAPUMA’s enduring strength over the past 66 years.

Reflections on the Journey

In a warm and respectful atmosphere, Mr Nguyen Trong Nam, General Director, reflected on HAPUMA’s journey and shared his vision for the years ahead. He emphasised the importance of preserving the Company’s values while continuing to nurture the confidence and ambition that will lead HAPUMA towards an even stronger future.

Continuing this message, Mr Nguyen Trong Tieu, Chairman of the Board of Directors, spoke about the people who make HAPUMA what it is today. He expressed the hope that every year at HAPUMA would help each employee grow professionally, and personally. He encouraged everyone to become more skilled in their profession, because expertise is the foundation of lasting value; to honour every commitment they make, because a promise kept is worth far more than a promise made; to show greater understanding and forgiveness towards colleagues, because it is mutual trust that enables a team to move forward together over the long term; and to keep learning every day, because the world is changing faster than ever and continuing to learn is, in itself, a kindness to oneself.
