2026 EMPLOYEE DELEGATES CONFERENCE

On June 12, 2026, Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) held its 2026 Employee Delegates Conference under the theme “Responsibility – Solidarity – Creativity – Efficiency.” Fifty five delegates attended, representing the company’s 247 employees, alongside members of the Board of Directors, the Management Board and the Company Trade Union’s executive committee.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nam, General Director and Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Chairman of the Company Trade Union, co-chaired the conference.

The conference opened with Mr. Nam’s report on production and business performance, the implementation of employee policies and benefits in 2025 and the company’s business plan for 2026. Mr. Hung followed with a report on the union’s oversight of labor contracts, the collective labor agreementand company regulations and policies. Mrs. Hoang Thi Huong, a member of the union’s executive committee then presented two additional reports covering the use of the 2025 Rewards and welfare fund and the 2025 Trade Union fund.

A topic that drew particular interest from delegates was the summary of employee feedback gathered at grassroots-level conferences, which Mr. Hung presented to the floor. Mr. Nam then addressed the feedback directly, responding to questions on wages, incomeand employee benefits; improvements to working conditions; and proposed revisions to internal labor regulations, most of which centered on working hours.

In his remarks, Mr. Nguyen Trong Tieu, Chairman of the Board underscored the importance of meeting 2026 revenue and profit targets to sustain the company’s wage fund. He also spoke about the culture HAPUMA has worked to build, one rooted in the idea that real value comes from treating people well, even in the smallest ways. He noted the company’s substantial investment in laying the groundwork for long-term, sustainable growthand said he hopes employees will continue to take ownership of their work and help carry HAPUMA toward a stronger future.

The conference also introduced and elected representatives to take part in periodic labor dialogues for the 2026-2028 term. Representing the employer side are three members:

  • Nguyen Trong Tieu – Chairman of the Board
  • Nguyen Trong Nam – Board Member and General Director
  • Nghiem Trong Van – Deputy General Director

Representing employees are nine members from across the company’s departments, factoriesand labor organizations.

Closing the conference, Mr. Nam, in his capacity as the company’s legal representative, pledged to fully uphold employee policies and benefits in accordance with the law and company regulations. Both management and employees affirmed their commitment to strictly observing internal labor regulations and the 2025-2028 collective labor agreement, along with all other company policies. Mr. Nam called on employees to take ownership of their roles and actively support the initiatives launched by company leadership and the trade union in pursuit of the 2026 business plan, helping carry forward the resolutions adopted at this year’s conference.
