On March 27, 2025, at its headquarters, Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HAPUMA) was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee in recognition of its outstanding performance in the “Renovation and Upgrade Project of La Lang Drainage Pumping Station” in My Duc District, Hanoi.
The La Lang Drainage Pumping Station project includes three pump units with a total drainage capacity of 4.17 m³/s. Since being put into operation, the station has significantly improved local water drainage and flood prevention, contributing to better living conditions for residents. The system ensures effective drainage for 473 hectares of farmland and residential areas across La Lang, La Dong and Phu Dien villages (Hop Tien Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi), as well as part of Cao Thang Commune (Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province).
Thanks to its exceptional execution completing the project 147 days ahead of schedule, HAPUMA, together with several partners, was awarded the Certificate of Merit under Decision No. 1226/QD-UBND signed on February 28, 2025, by Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee. The project also served as a meaningful contribution to the celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2024).
At the ceremony on March 27, 2025, representatives of the Hanoi Infrastructure and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board presented the Certificate of Merit to HAPUMA on behalf of the city’s leadership.
