Established on August 1st, 1963 in Hanoi with the original name of Dong Da Mechanical Factory. Implementing the agricultural mechanization policy, the factory was transferred to Hai Duong with the name of Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Factory.
In the year 1997, the factory changed its name to Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Company.
In the year 2004, it was equitized and changed to Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company.
In 2007, the Company officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange with stock-code CTB.

Nearly 60 years of construction and development, the company’s annual revenue has reached over 800 billion in 2018. The company’s pump and valve products have served in almost all economic sectors and significantly contributed to the industrialization and modernization of the country.
